The shuttle is for IFAA 2024 participants ONLY.

The ticket must be purchased online in advance. You can book the shuttle until 1st September.

The paid shuttle will operate if more than 15 passengers sign up.

The shuttle will be canceled if the minimum number of participants (15 people) is not met, and you will be notified via the email address provided at the time of booking at least three days before the departure date.

Only valid on the selected service date and time.

All shuttles will depart at the scheduled departure time. Please be at the bus stop 5 minutes prior to board.

Seats are not designated in advance, please take a seat as you board.

Estimated arrival time may differ from the actual arrival time it depending on traffic conditions and bad weather. We do not take any responsibility in this case.

We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or other personal belongings.

Cancellation(Refund) Policy

You can cancel your trip more than 3 days before departure. (No refunds for cancellation within 3days of departure)

As we receive cancellation request, our support team will review it and proceed the refund.

Cancellation and refund requests are only available during the operating hours.

The eligible refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
